Finding Us
Our office is located in the heart of Leeds city centre, within Wellington House on Wellington Street. The building is a short walk from Leeds City Station, making it easily accessible for clients travelling from across Yorkshire and beyond.
By Train
From Leeds City Station, exit via the main entrance onto City Square. Walk north along Wellington Street for approximately 5 minutes. Wellington House is on the left side, identifiable by its distinctive red brick facade.
By Car
Several multi-storey car parks are available nearby, including the Q-Park Leeds on Whitehall Road and the NCP on Wellington Street itself. Street parking in the immediate area is limited and typically restricted to short stays.
Accessibility
Wellington House has step-free access at ground level. A lift serves all floors. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific accessibility requirements and we'll ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.
About peppy-tread
peppy-tread is a financial management consultancy established in 2014. We specialise in helping individuals and small businesses understand and improve their financial situations through education, analysis, and practical guidance.
Our team brings together expertise from corporate finance, accounting, and financial education. We're not financial advisers in the regulated sense—we don't recommend specific financial products or manage investments on your behalf. Instead, we focus on building your understanding and capability so you can make confident financial decisions.
Before You Get in Touch
A brief description of your situation and what you're hoping to achieve is helpful. Don't worry about being too detailed—we'll gather more information during our initial conversation. Just give us enough context to understand whether we might be able to help.
For initial consultations, we can usually accommodate you within a week. For specific services, availability varies depending on the time of year—we tend to be busier around tax year end (April) and in January when people are setting financial goals.
Not at all. The vast majority of our work is conducted remotely via video call. This allows us to serve clients across the United Kingdom regardless of location. If you prefer face-to-face meetings and can travel to Leeds, we're happy to accommodate that too.
Yes. The 30-minute initial consultation is completely free with no strings attached. Its purpose is to understand your situation and determine whether our services would be helpful. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
If you're in financial crisis—facing imminent eviction, overwhelming debt, or similar urgent situations—please contact StepChange (0800 138 1111) or Citizens Advice (0800 144 8848) immediately. These organisations provide free, confidential crisis support. We can help with longer-term planning once the immediate situation is stabilised.
